Do you place items on back order?
No, we can’t place items on backorder and we try to avoid advertising products that are not in stock.
How can I provide feedback about a product?

ORDERS & PAYMENT
Since we keep our product assortment fresh and up to date, we may not restock a particular item once sold out.
Contact us through our web form with the name, brand and SKU number of the item and we should be able to give you a rough idea of when / if it is coming back to stock. Alternatively, you can utilise our ‘Notify Me’ feature in the ‘sizes’ drop down on the item. You’ll then be notified if the item you are after is returned or restocked.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?
Occasionally, some items may be excluded from our return policy. Any items that are excluded will be clearly marked on the product page and / or checkout.
Most items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons can be returned if the seal is intact. This doesn’t include earrings and underwear, which are non-returnable items (unless deemed faulty).
Beauty products cannot be returned if they are opened and / or used (unless deemed faulty).
Can I change/cancel items on my order?
Due to the fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to add any items to an order. This also means that we are unable to change the size of an item. If you want to remove an item from your order, we can attempt to organize this for you prior to the order being shipped but this may not always be possible. It’s best to contacting us at contact@hastasiempre.online so we can have a look straight away.
Some items shipped from our Partner Providers cannot be cancelled, however, you can send them back to us using our free returns and exchange process.
Note: Once processed, refunds take 3-5 business days to be returned to your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Returning your Hasta Siempre order is super easy and convenient regardless of where you are returning from.
Below is a step by step guide on how to initiate a return.
Can I exchange my item?
If your item does not fit (and meet our rules of return listed above), you can exchange it for another size. Once you initiate your return and select exchange, the new size will be put on hold for 14 days while you post your item back to us.
Please note: we cannot exchange the same item in another colour. If you need to change the colour or style, please choose a refund or store credit and re-purchase your item.
I can’t find my order to initiate my return under my Hasta Siempre account?
If your order isn’t visible on your returns page this means that the order now outside of our 30 days returns policy timeframe and is unfortunately no longer returnable. You can read more about our rules of return here.
How will I be refunded?
If you choose a refund, we will process this refund via the same payment method you used to place the order. If you opt for our 110% store credit option, this will be processed and allocated to your Hasta Siempre account. See further details below.
I received something different than what I ordered?
Our apologies! Let’s arrange to get you your correct item by following these steps:
head to your Hasta Siempre account to initiate a return and select an exchange against the item you should have received, choosing the size that you need. This will put the item on hold for you.
Make sure you choose “I have received the incorrect product” as the return reason.
Get in touch with our Customer Service Team so we can investigate the issue and fast-track getting your item out to you.
If you’re unable to initiate the return on your Hasta Siempre account, skip steps 1 and 2 and get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you further.
