HOW TO RETURN
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paperless. This benefits our customers, people and our planet.
We recommend that you return items using the packaging in which your order was delivered. If you are unable to do so, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure that the designer boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected in the return packaging. If you return an item without protecting the designer boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive a refund.
Making a return is free and easy. Here’s what you need to do:
Go to “Orders and Refunds” if you have an account.
Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s).
Select each item and the reason for the return.
Place each returned item, along with the designer boxes or cases that came with the order, in the Hasta Siempre packaging.
Prepare the packaging by attaching the return label and return notice to the outside of the Hasta Siempre package. Make sure the return label is visible, as it must be scanned by the courier.
Give the delivery note to the courier. To track the return of your order, make a note of the waybill number.
We recommend that you ask the courier to scan your package when he or she picks up your return. This will allow you to track your return.
Return instructions for guests
If you placed an order as a guest and would like to return it, enter your order information here.
You will need to provide your order number and email address. You can find the order number in your confirmation email. Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s). Then follow the steps above – select each item and the reason for the return.
Make sure that returns from different partner boutiques are packaged separately and that the correct return label is attached to the outside of each Hasta Siempre box.
All documents required for returns must be included in the Hasta Siempre box. If you need to print them, go to “Orders and Returns” in my account or, if you ordered as a guest, click here.
Pick up returns.
We are happy to offer all customers a free service to accept returns on any purchases that meet our return policy.
We recommend that you order your return within 7 days of the date of delivery to ensure that it is delivered to the appropriate Hasta Siempre partner location within 14 days.
To order a product return:
Go to “My Orders and Returns” if you have an account, or if you placed an order as a guest, click here.
Select “Courier” returns and select the item(s) to return.
Confirm your address and a convenient pickup time.
FYI, we can only offer free pickup from the same country your order was delivered to.

Returns at the pickup location
Our service gives you the option to return your online order at select Hasta Siempre partner stores or at a courier pickup location near you. Simply select the “Drop-off” option in your Hasta Siempre account or, if you have placed your order as a guest, click here and prepare a package with the documents accompanying your order. Take the return to the location of your choice, and we’ll do the rest.

Return Policy
Items returned must comply with our return policy:
Please be careful when trying them on and return your purchases in the same condition in which you received them. Any returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted.
RETURNS
Once your return is received and accepted by our partner, returns will be processed through the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. We will keep you informed every step of the way. You can track the return of your package by our carrier using the tracking number on the return label, or you can check the status in My Account under “Orders and Returns”.
If you qualify for a return, we can issue you a refund in the form of a Hasta Siempre credit if you prefer; the amount will be easily applied at checkout the next time you shop with us.
Faulty Goods.
We strive to ensure that every item is delivered in perfect condition, and we hope that you will always be delighted with your purchase. If you receive an item in defective or damaged condition, or if it does not fully match the description on the website, please notify Customer Service at customerservice@hastasiempre.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund and give you a full refund for the defective product.
